Attending the `You & Me, Mum’ programme helped me to understand the impact of domestic abuse on myself, but mainly on my children. I have learned invaluable information and advice which I know I can use in the future. But, most importantly it helped me to leave an abusive situation, with the help of a group of supportive females.

You & Me Mum Client
