|Role Title:||Social media volunteer|
|Location of Position:||Eva’s House, 86 High Street, Redcar, TS10 3DL|
|Responsible to:||Volunteer Coordinator|
|Description of Tasks:||Update Website/ Facebook as required and in agreement with Chief Executive
Make suggestions for improvement in current social media provision.
Work co-operatively with all members of staff and adhere to the values, policies, practices and procedures.
Willingness to undertake relevant training.
|Time Commitment:||Minimum of a morning or afternoon every month|
|Skills and Qualifications||Understanding of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence would be an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent IT Skills including, Microsoft Word and Outlook e-mail.
Knowledge of using/ managing social media for professional organisations would be advantageous but not essential.
Understanding of issues surrounding confidentiality.
Able to work individually and as part of a team.
|Training and Support:||Induction training on the various aspects of the organisation.
Ongoing training and support provided as required.
|Reimbursement of Expenses:||Mileage costs at £0.40 per mile will be paid.|
